Our Mission
UBOC’ mission is to provide small businesses with an innovative and stand-apart organizational structure makeover that will allow your business to scale up and boost revenue by implementing structured organizational techniques and providing employee development and empowerment. Ujima is a Swahili word that means "collective work and responsibility". It is a principle during Kwanzaa (an annual celebration of African-American culture starting in late December of each year, lasting seven days - UJIMA is day 3 of Kwanzaa) that emphasizes the importance of community and working together to achieve goals. To build and maintain our community together and make our community's problems our problems and to solve them together. To create loyal customers who have experienced proven results of growth using UBOC’s business techniques tailored and personalized based on your business's culture and growth goals.
